How to reset your aura when someone’s words loop in your head

We often forget that the words we say out loud to someone, or are said to us, actually carry frequency. Both in the sense of positive and negative energy. And at times these words can stick and cause the words to replay in your head, you might feel a tightening in your chest or heaviness you can’t shift. Just know that you don’t have to carry them and can actually let them go.

In psychology they call this emotional residue but in spirituality it’s called an energetic imprint. Either way, when you keep replaying someone’s words, they leave a trace in your aura and this can be removed.

There are a number of ways to clear your aura of which one way is to undergo a healing. But if you don’t want to wait for an appointment, then here’s a quick ritual you can do yourself.

– Close your eyes and notice where the words that replay in your head land in your body.
– Clap your hands sharply 3x to break the frequency.
– Sweep your hands around your head and the areas that feel heavy to release the energy. Visualise the words falling away like smoke.
– Replace the words by saying your own truth out loud.

This method works because locating the sensations break the looping thoughts. A sound like a clap or a voice, disrupts the lingering patterns on a neural and energetic level anchoring your field in your frequency and not in theirs. So you pull the energy back into your own energy field and break the bond with theirs.

Other people’s words don’t define you. Your aura is yours to protect, cleanse, and reset. So next time someone’s words stick to you take a moment to reset your aura.
